The construction length of the section is 6,760 m in double-track calculation. Operational length - 7142 m.

The construction of three stations is planned: "Gorny institute", "Shkiperskaya", "Morskoy fasad".

The metro station «Gorny institute»:

• Station depth: 71 meters
• Traffic: about 97 thousand people per month
• Platforms: 1 island platform 
• Type of station: pylon 
• Tracks: 1

In the design, the architects were inspired by the idea of Domenico Trezzini, who dreamed of turning Vasilyevsky Island into a new Venice with canals instead of streets.

The metro station «Shkiperskaya» («Gavan»):

• Traffic: about 14 thousand people per hour
• Platforms: 1 island platform 
• Type of station: column three-vault
• Tracks: 1

The metro station "Gavan" will appear near the Shkipper Channel  to the west. Station without track development.

The metro station «Morskoy fasad»:

• Station depth: 16 meters
• Platforms: 1 island platform 
• Type of station: column
• Tracks: 1
