Architectural design:

The architectural concept of the station combines the Art Deco decorative style and the space of a classic public library reading hall. The main elements of the interior are columns decorated as filing cabinets. They are a virtual library where every passenger can download a bar code (QR code) for their favorite literature.

Near the station’s entrance hall, Rasskazovka is a monument to writers and metro construction workers. It consists of two parts – a fragment of the tunneling machine rotor and sculptures of the writer and the worker. The rotor part of the shield is 6.5 meters; its weight is about 46 tons; the sculptural group weighs 5 tons.
